Sightseeing of Salzburg. Mozarteum is the University of Music and Dramatic Arts in Salzburg, as well as the eponymous concert complex and the orchestra. Initially - the "Cathedral Music Association and Mozarteum,” was founded in 1841 through the energies of Mozart's widow Constanze Weber Mozart. The new institution both taught musicians and collected and studied creative heritage of Mozart. It has received the status of the University in 1914, since 1998 is called the the University Mozarteum in Salzburg.
