Sightseeing of Austria. Hellbrunn Palace is located in the vicinity of Salzburg, it was built in the early XVII century as a summer residence of the Archbishop Markus Sittikus. Halls of the palace are richly decorated and furnished. In the banquet hall one can see wall and ceiling murals by Arsenio Maskagnis. In the palace park in 20 minutes walk is the Stone Theater - a natural gorge, where in 1617 the first in German-speaking countries opera was performed. The Summer festival is held here annually. The park also has Hellbrunner Zoo, which formerly was the palace’s deer park and a mechanical theater, 265 figures of which move with the help of hydraulics with the sounds of organ music
