Suitable for all ages
The light workshop involves the use of led lights to create colourful northern landscapes and shadow pictures. With the ideas introduced in the light workshop, visitors can recreate this type of workshop easily and inexpensively at home as well. The workshop will also enable guests to try drawing with light by using long exposure photography. You can bring your own digital camera (mini digital camera or mobile phone with camera) with you. Lighting Designer Jukka Laine will lead the workshop.

One day, strange events occurred at the base of the Muotkatunturi Fell. The children of the earth spirits cause mayhem when they run away and enter the world of humans. Mother reindeer runs into trouble when the earth spirit mother forces her to be nanny to the earth spirit children. The two friends, a girl and a domestic reindeer, are driven into an adventure that involves trust and courage.

Age recommendation: 4 yrs and older
Participants will make a shadow theatre puppet, a little earth spirit. The workshop gives participants the opportunity to try using a shadow puppet on a real shadow theatre stage.
