Detailed interactive map Koh Lanta

Koh Lanta consists of 52 islands including the largest, Koh Lanta Yai. It's located approximately 70 kilometres from Krabi town. The two largest are uninhabited Ko Lanta Noi and Ko Lanta Yai. Ko Lanta is popular with tourists seeking a holiday away from the parties. It is also popular with families, with young children and with divers. Lanta is the closest island to the famous Hin Daeng and Hin Muang sites, so it is very popular with divers. The island offers many other great activities and tours suitable for all members of the family including snorkeling, hiking and caving, boat tours, fishing, kayaking, sailing, wind surfing, Thai boxing, catamaran rentals, riding an elephant, a Thai massage course of treatment and much more.
There are nine beautiful beaches running from north to south for 25 kilometers, on the west coast side of Ko Lanta. The north end of the island is the more developed, with the most resorts and services available. The farther you get south, heading towards the National Park at the end, the beaches become more solitary and are most often empty.
Koh Ngai, Koh Kradan and Koh Muk which offer stunning beaches, great snorkelling and total seclusion, lie a little to the south of Koh Lanta Yai.
