Select the country and object's type Angry Birds have arrived at Santa’s Home Cavern! There are plenty of new experiences available at SantaPark for the 2012 Christmas season

The Official Home Cavern of Santa Claus in the town of Rovaniemi is currently preparing for its fourteenth Christmas season with superb new attractions. SantaPark’s Grand Opening of the Christmas Season will be celebrated on 24 November 2012 – precisely a month before Christmas Eve. The biggest surprise for the new season is without a doubt the collaboration between Rovio and Lappset that introduces the Angry Birds gaming experience to SantaPark as an authentic, personal lifetime experience. In the Angry Birds play arena of Santa’s Home Cavern, fans of these less than happy birds can have some great fun playing and taking part in activities inspired by their favourite game. The use of the new play area is included in the admission fee.

A number of other enhancements have also been made to Santa’s Home Cavern. The Elves have renewed their Post Office and established a Calligraphy School, where visitors can try their hands at writing beautifully using a traditional quill. SantaPark’s new and magical Christmas Show will have its premiere at the Grand Opening on 24 November 2012. The performance shows the amazing things that happen to the toys as a little elf falls asleep.

A day at Santa’s Home Cavern, however, would not be perfect without the good old SantaPark favourites; the wonderful Four Seasons Sleigh Ride, Mrs Claus Gingerbread Kitchen, the charming Ice Gallery of the Ice Princess with the Ice Bar, Professor Elf’s Elf School…and of course the meeting with the great Santa Claus himself. If you feel you can’t experience everything in a single day, don’t worry: SantaPark tickets are always valid for two consecutive days.
