April “showers” the region with great festivals throughout the Arkansas Delta and North Central Ozarks this month.

walnut ridge army flying school museum1The 15th annual Air Field Reunion is slated for April 5-6 at the Wings of Honor WW II Museum in Walnut Ridge. The event is a reunion of former airfield personnel, both military and civilian, that worked and trained at the facility during World War II. Activities include museum and airfield tours, a memorial service, self-guided tours, bus tours, a barbecue luncheon and a silent auction.
