New Mexico State University will kick-off this year\'s homecoming, \'The Culture of Aggie Pride\' with a musical performance by Switchfoot.

The popular San Diego-based band will perform at the homecoming bonfire event on October 25 at 7 pm at the dirt lot east of the Pan American Center at the intersection of Payne and Wells.

\"I would say this is probably the biggest band ASNMSU has gotten for the students in recent years. I want to encourage all students, alumni, faculty/staff and the community to take part of one of NMSU\'s greatest traditions, Bonfire,\" said ASNMSU Activities Director Marcos Guzman.

The event will also feature a pep rally in addition to the concert and bonfire. The event is free to the entire community. Designated parking will be available for visitors.

This event is made possible by the NMSU Alumni Association and the Associated Students of NMSU. For more information about this an other homecoming events click here.
