September 3 - Bread and Roses Festival - Lawrence - The Bread and Roses Heritage Festival is a celebration of the ethnic diversity and labor history of Lawrence, Ma. This annual festival is celebrated on Labor Day in order to honor the most significant event in Lawrence history: the 1912 Bread and Roses Strike.

September 7 -Herrmann\'s Royal Lipizzan Stallions - Cogswell\'s Grant, Essex. Saved in WWII by General Patton, the Royal Lipizzan Stallions will amaze and delight you!

September 8 - Free Basic Drawing Class/Demonstration - Gloucester. Gloucester artist Paul Ciaramitaro will give a drawing demonstration at North Shore Arts Association at 2 p.m.
