Bulmers Live at Leopardstown
Racing, Music & Fashion Rock Leopardstown this summer
Leopardstown Racecourse and Bulmers have announced the line-up for this year’s Bulmers Live at Leopardstown series.
For eight Thursday evenings this summer, Dublin’s only racecourse will combine the atmosphere of a boutique music festival with the best in horse racing, all for an unbeatable entry price of just €15.
Sharon Shannon & Damien Dempsey; The Undertones; Cathy Davey; Kila & Paddy Casey; Republic of Loose; The Saw Doctors; Aslan; Horslips and Jamie Lawson will all line-up to soundtrack this years series of summer nights out with a difference.

Food and Packages
The food element of the Bulmers Live at Leopardstown events is as appealing as ever. For €30 the Bulmers Summer Feast ticket includes admission, a long neck Bulmers Original, Light or Pear, a race card and options from the Summer Feast menu.
The Summer Buffet package, priced at €65, includes a three course buffet at a reserved table with a racing tipster on hand to advise on picking a winner.
Fashion Rocks
New to the racecard is the Bulmers Live at Leopardstown ‘Fashion Rocks’ competition. At each event, the Style Bitches, ‘Ireland’s top stylists’ will award a ‘Fashion Rocks’ award and a €1,000 shopping package at House of Fraser to one lucky man or woman, based on their contemporary, cool, after work style. The overall race-goer to rock fashion champion will then be crowned by TV Presenter, Lottie Ryan, on August 11th, and presented with a trip to the fashion capital of Europe (Paris) and a trip to the famous French racecourse, Longchamps.
The Line-Up
Two living legends of Irish music, Sharon Shannon and Damien Dempsey open the Bulmers Live at Leopardstown series for 2011 on June 9th.
Punk Rock/New Wave Band, The Undertones, visit Leopardstown on June 16th, on their 35th anniversary tour of the UK and the US.
Singer songwriter Cathy Davey - considered by the Irish Times as the 3rd in the list of the 50 best acts right now - will be playing her award-winning music to Leopardstown fans on June 30th.
Kila and Paddy Casey combine to create a particularly special evening of traditional and contemporary Irish music on July 7th.
Funk Rock band, Republic of Loose takes to the Bulmers Live at Leopardstown for the first time in the three years of the series to perform some of their rock favourites on July 14th.
Back by popular demand, The Saw Doctors grace the stage for the second year performing their many hits to their cult following including the biggest selling single in Ireland – “I Useta Lover”.
Ireland’s hardest working band, Aslan, appear on August 4th. The boys were one of the highlights of the last two years of the series, making this one not to miss for their many loyal fans.
The founding fathers of Celtic Rock, Horslips, close the series on August 11th, Opening act on the final evening is You Tube Sensation Jamie Lawson.
